Annual Charter of Public Policies and Corporate Governance

The purpose of the Annual Corporate Governance Letter is to consolidate, in a single document, relevant information, especially that related to the activities carried out, control structure, risk factors, economic and financial data, comments from managers on performance, corporate governance policies and practices, and a description of the composition and compensation of management.
The purpose of the Annual Public Policy Letter is to explain the objectives of the Company’s public policies, in compliance with the collective interest that justified the authorization for its creation, with a clear definition of the resources to be used for this purpose, as well as the economic and financial impacts of achieving these objectives.

Annual Report on the Activities of the Internal Audit (RAINT)

The purpose of the Internal Audit Annual Activity Report is to present the audit work performed, listing the number of macroprocesses, processes or procedures assessed during the year.
The preparation of the RAINT is based on item X of art. 13 of State Decree No. 47,154/2017, which regulates, within the scope of the State of Minas Gerais, Federal Law No. 13,303/2016, which establishes the bylaws of public companies, mixed-capital companies and their subsidiaries.
